6"/7" Foam Pads for Metal and Paint Polishing

These Foam Pads for Metal and Paint Polishing are designed for high performance and durability during metal and paint restoration. Ranging from soft to coarse, these pads are appropriate for use on a whole spectrum of restoration projects. They have a 6" hook and loop base and a 7" face/polishing surface. 

Which pad should I use?

The condition of your project surface will dictate which pad is necessary. See below for a brief description of each pad:

Green Extra-Coarse Cutting Foam Pad (Optional):

Step 1: Most aggressive, used to correct more severe imperfections on metal and paint.

Blue Cutting Foam Pad:

Step 1: Second-Most aggressive, used to correct moderate imperfections on metal and paint.

Yellow Polishing Foam Pad:

Step 2: Less aggressive, used to correct less-severe imperfections on metal and paint.

White Finishing Foam Pad:

Step 3: Second-Least aggressive, employs a soft and fine pore structure to add a high shine to metal and painted surfaces.

Red Extra-Fine Foam Pad (Optional):

Step 1: Least aggressive, used to add an final, high-luster shine to your polished metals and paint.
